Author Description Suzanne Vermeer was the pseudonym of Paul Goeken. Until his passing in 2011, he wrote different books under this pseudonym. About a week after his passing, it was revealed that Goeken was behind the pseudonym, but that it would continue. Different authors have published under the name Suzanne Vermeer, which is being managed by the publisher A.W. Bruna Uitgevers, though it is unknown who these authors are. Noorderlicht, which was published posthumously, is the last book written by Goeken. Route du Soleil, published in 2013, was based on an idea by Goeken.
